May 6, 2026 – Kaiser High School Scholarships Presentation
On May 6, 2026, the Hawaii Kai Lions Club presented a total of $5,000 in academic scholarships to five Kaiser High School seniors during the school’s Recognition Night. The Hawaii Kai Lions Club Scholarships, at $1,500 each, were given to Rayden Aoki and Jonathan Kimura by Lions Jeanne Alices and Nancy Rocheleau. The Rick Yee Leo Scholarship, at $1,000, was given to Sabrina Johnson by Lion Affiliate Lyn Yee, and the Gordon Chun Leo Scholarships, at $500 each, were given to Mable Kuan and Samantha Vaugh by retired Leo Advisor Gordon Chun. Congratulations to all these seniors!
