May 25, 2026 – Kaiser Farmer’s Market

For the month of May, the Hawaii Kai Lions participated in the Kaiser High School Farmer’s Market on Tuesdays to promote our annual Father’s Day Breakfast. Donations for 73 tickets and $50 in cash were received during those four Tuesdays. With a donation, the shopper also received an etched key chain/can opener, made by one of our own Lions, printed with the Hawaii Kai Lions Club name. Even shoppers who did not donate, received a key chain/can opener for stopping by our booth. For the young ones, one Lion made balloons for them, in the form of a sword or poodle.
Funds raised through the ticket donations will be used for the many Lions Club volunteer projects in the community; such as vision and hearing screening for preschool and elementary school children, our Rescue Tube Project, projects and monetary support for East Oahu public schools, environmental clean-up projects, and much more. Thank you to the Hawaii Kai community and beyond for supporting our club’s only fundraiser of the year!
