June 21, 2026 – Father’s Day Breakfast

Published by Webmaster on

On June 21, 2026, the Hawaii Kai Lions celebrated Father’s Day by dishing out close to 3,600 breakfasts to customers driving through the Kaiser High School parking lot from 6:30 – 9:30 a.m. The Lions and other volunteers started at 5:00 a.m., plating the fried rice, eggs, and portuguese sausage. Before the official start time of 6:30 a.m., cars were already lined up to pick up their bentos. Thereafter, there was a steady stream of cars, making this the largest take-out operation on the island.

Thank you to the Hawaii Kai Community and beyond for supporting our only fundraiser of the year, which will support our local schools, the annual Holiday Parade, our Rescue Tube Project, and many more of our project activities.

Thank you from our Lion’s kitchen staff!

And thank you from our distribution staff!
