May 4th – Special Olympics May 4 Oahu Area Games – Kaiser High School

(8am to 3pm) We have been asked to staff the Shotput event, located in a shaded area as in the past. Lunch, event T-shirt, and a certificate will be provided.

May 11th – Storm Drain Marking – Kalama Valley, Kealahou St. and Napoko Pl.

(8am to 11am) – Storm Drain Marking event, co-sponsored by C&C of Honolulu. Volunteers need to affix medallions on storm drain curbside. Need 9 volunteers.

May 18th – Safe Sidewalks Project 

From 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Patching the sidewalk on Hawaii Kai Drive.

June 1 – Hanauma Bay Beach Clean Up

Hanauma Bay, Meet outside the entrance, close to ticket office. Collect trash at beach at Hanauma Bay. All materials will be supplied. Suggested items to bring: water, hat, sunscreen. Parking is $1 with HI state ID.

June 16 – Father’s Day Breakfast – Kaiser High School

(5am to 11am) – Wear your Lions’ shirt. Lion Eric Kimura will make assignments and let you know where to report (cafeteria or parking lot). Please bring your own drink.

LCI International Convention in Melbourne, Australia. Register online at https://www.lionsclubs.org/en. Registration fee will be reimbursed by the Club.

Segment: Kalanianaole Hwy from Keahole Street to Hanauma Bay Supplies: gloves, trash bags, and safety vests will be provided.

March 27th & March 28th – Nagoya Joto Lions Club Charter Celebration

SIGN-UP IS FOR ATTENDING INTEREST ONLY AT THIS TIME. Sister Club Nagoya Joto Lions Charter Celebration Banquet and post excursion. Attendees to pay for dinner/excursion upon check-in at the banquet.
